CHAPTER 260 AN ACT TO PLACE CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE STATE PERSONNEL SYSTEM. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 114-4, as the same appears in the 1966 Replacement Volume 3A of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking all of said sentence immediately following the words assistant attorneys general in line three and inserting in lieu thereof the words shall be subject to all the provisions of Chapter 126 of the General Statutes relating to, the State Personnel System.
