CHAPTER 261 AN ACT TO REORGANIZE AND MERGE THE ANSON COUNTY AD- MINISTRATIVE SCHOOL UNIT, THE WADESBORO CITY SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT AND THE MORVEN CITY SCHOOL AD- MINISTRATIVE UNIT INTO ONE SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT UNDER ONE BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR ALL THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN ANSON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Wadesboro City Board of Education and the Morven City Board of Education shall continue to exist and operate and administer the public schools in their respective school administrative units as in the past until July 1, 1967, and all new members appointed to said city boards of education shall be appointed for terms to commence on April 1, 1967, and expire July 1, 1967
