CHAPTER 263 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 90 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES, RELATING TO THE PRACTICE OF CHIROPRACTIC IN NORTH CAROLINA. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. S. 90-18(10) is hereby rewritten to read as follows: (10) The practice of chiropractic by any legally licensed chiropractor when engaged in the practice of chiropractic as defined by law, and without the use of any drug or surgery.
