CHAPTER 269 AN ACT TO FIX THE COMPENSATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF SURRY COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The chairman of the Board of County Commissioners of Surry County shall receive a salary of one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) per month, and each of the other members of the Board of County Commissioners of Surry County shall receive a salary of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month, payable cut of the general fund of the County.
