CHAPTER 279 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE STATE BOARD OF EDUCATION TO CONVERT THE ONSLOW COUNTY INDUSTRIAL EDUCATION CENTER TO A TECHNICAL INSTITUTE AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE FINANCIAL SUPPORT THEREOF. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The State Board of Education shall have authority to approve the conversion of the Onslow County Industrial Education Center to a technical institute, as defined in Chapter 115A of the General Statutes of North Carolina.
