CHAPTER 290 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 713 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1965, BEING THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF CHARLOTTE IN MECKLENBURG COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 2.03 of Section 1 of Chapter 713 of the 1965 Session Laws, the Charter of the City of Charlotte, is hereby amended by deleting the words, Eastern Standard Time in the last line of Section 2.93.
