CHAPTER 292 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF MONROE TO DISPOSE OF OR PUT TO DIFFERENT USES CERTAIN PROPERTY OF THE CITY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

If the City of Monroe elects to sell all or any part of either or both of the above-described tracts, then it may use the proceeds from said sale for any entirely different and inconsistent use from that for which the property has been used.
