CHAPTER 295 AN ACT TO PROVIDE A HEARING BEFORE SUSPENSION OF OPER- ATORS LICENSE OF PROVISIONAL LICENSEES WHO ARE CON- VICTED OF ONE MOTOR VEHICLE MOVING VIOLATION IN CONNECTION WITH AN ACCIDENT RESULTING IN PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) OR MORE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall become effective upon its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 5th day of May, 1967 H. B. 272
