CHAPTER 3 AN ACT TO PROVIDE PER DIEM COMPENSATION AND ALLOW- ANCES FOR MEMBERS OF THE SELECT COMMITTEES OF THE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES ON REAPPORTION- MENT AND REDISTRICTING. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are repealed.
