CHAPTER 300 AN ACT AMENDING GENERAL STATUTE 58-77, SUBSECTION (9), PERTAINING TO THE AMOUNT OF CAPITAL AND SURPLUS REQUIRED BY INSURANCE COMPANIES DOING BUSINESS WITHIN THE STATE SO AS TO EXTEND TO JULY 1, 1971, THE INCREASE CAPITAL AND SURPLUS REQUIREMENTS OF SUCH COMPANIES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Subdivision -9 of General Statute 58-77, as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement of Volume 2B of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out the numerals 1969 in line 6 thereof and by substituting in lieu thereof the numerals 1971.
