CHAPTER 301 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 109 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1963 FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING THE SAME APPLICABLE TO DAVIE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 3 of Chapter 109 of the Session Laws of 1963, is hereby amended by striking out the period appearing after the word County in the only line of said Section and by inserting the following: and Davie County.
