CHAPTER 31 AN ACT TO ADD $1.00 TO THE COSTS OF COURT IN THE JACKSON- VILLE MUNICIPAL COURT, TO BE USED FOR THE ONSLOW COUNTY LAW LIBRARY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Chapter 795 of the Session Laws of 1957 is hereby amended by deleting from the second line of Section 6 thereof the words Sections 4 and 5 of this Act, and inserting in lieu thereof the words, Sections 4, 5, and 5A of this Act.
