CHAPTER 310 AN ACT RELATING TO THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF ELLERBE IN RICHMOND COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The governing body of the Town of Ellerbe is hereby authorized to fix the salaries of the mayor and the town commissioners.
