CHAPTER 314 AN ACT RELATING TO PARKING MOTOR VEHICLES IN TOWNSHIP NO. 4 IN CABARRUS COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

No person shall operate, park or leave standing any motor vehicle, whether attended or unattended, upon any sidewalk or walkway, whether paved or unpaved, or park or leave standing any motor vehicle in any marked or designated crosswalk on any street, road or highway in Township No. 4, Cabarrus County, North Carolina. 352 Any person violating this Act shall be fined not more than ten dollars ($10.00) or imprisoned for not more than ten days, or both, in the discretion of the Court.
