CHAPTER 316 AN ACT INCREASING THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE AVERY COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FROM THREE TO FIVE AND PROVIDING FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ADDITIONAL MEMBERS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
