CHAPTER 329 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF WILLIAMSTON TO ACQUIRE LAND FOR SANITARY LANDFILL OR GARBAGE DISPOSAL PURPOSES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
