CHAPTER 335 AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF GOLDSBORO, NORTH CAROLINA, AS REVISED, REORGANIZED AND AMENDED BY CHAPTER 447 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1961 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Article 3, entitled BOARD OF ALDERMEN, of Chapter 447, of the Session Laws of 1961, is amended by deleting subsection (d), as it is now written, from Section 2 of the Article and inserting a new subsection (d) to read as follows: (d) Each member of the Board of Aldermen shall receive an annual salary of twelve hundred dollars ($1,200.00) to be paid in such installments as the Board may from time to time determine.
