CHAPTER 340 AN ACT TO MAKE IT A MISDEMEANOR TO ABANDON DOMESTIC ANIMALS ON PUBLIC HIGHWAYS, PUBLIC PLACES OR PROP- ERTY OF ANOTHER IN CARTERET, CRAVEN AND PAMLICO COUNTIES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Any person who shall abandon any domestic animal upon any public property or any public place or upon the public highway or the property of another, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
