CHAPTER 341 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 954, SESSION LAWS OF 1955, RE- LATING TO LIQUOR STORES IN THE CITY OF HENDERSON- VILLE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 4 of Chapter 954, Session Laws of 1955, is hereby amended by deleting the words City Board of Elections in line 2, and by inserting in lieu thereof the words governing body, and by deleting 366 14 the words City Board of Elections in lines 8, 14, and 15, and inserting in lieu thereof the words governing body of the City of Hendersonville.
