CHAPTER 341 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 954, SESSION LAWS OF 1955, RE- LATING TO LIQUOR STORES IN THE CITY OF HENDERSON- VILLE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The chairman and the other two members, appointed by the governing body of the City of Hendersonville to the City Board of Alcoholic Control, shall take office on July 1, 1968
