CHAPTER 344 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 124, SESSION LAWS OF 1961 RE- LATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF RUTHERFORD COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

This Act shall be in full force and effect upon its ratification and shall be effective retroactively to February 1, 1967 In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 9th day of May, 1967 H. .B. 22i
