CHAPTER 345 AN ACT TO FIX THE COMPENSATION OF THE SHERIFF, CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT, REGISTER OF DEEDS, JUDGE OF THE COUNTY RECORDERS COURT AND THE SOLICITOR OF THE COUNTY RECORDERS COURT OF RUTHERFORD COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The Sheriff of Rutherford County shall receive as compensation for services rendered in such capacity an annual salary of seven thousand dollars ($7,000.00), payable monthly out of the general funds of said county.
