CHAPTER 347 AN ACT TO MAKE ARTICLE 17, CHAPTER 66, OF THE GENERAL STATUTES, RELATING TO CLOSING-OUT SALES, APPLICABLE TO PERSON COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
