CHAPTER 349 AN ACT RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION AND TRAVEL AL- LOWANCE OF CERTAIN OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES OF HYDE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

In lieu of all other compensation, the Clerk of the Superior Court of Hyde County shall be paid a monthly salary to be fixed by the Board of County Commissioners in an amount of not less than three hundred thirty-five dollars ($335.00) and not more than four hundred thirty-five dollars ($435.00) per month, to be paid from the general fund of Hyde County. The amount of such monthly salary shall be fixed on or before July 3, 1967, and the salary so fixed shall be effective from July 1, 1967 until such time as said clerk will become a State official under the Uniform Court Act in December, 1968
