CHAPTER 35 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 158, SESSION LAWS OF 1963, RE- LATING TO THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF ELIZABETH CITY RELATING TO DELINQUENT TAXES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Chapter 158, Session Laws of 1968, Section 1 is hereby amended by adding at the end of Section 1 immediately after subsection 13 a subsection to be designated 14, reading as follows: (14) To pay into the general fund all or any part of the proceeds of taxes which are, when collected, two or more years delinquent.
