CHAPTER 351 AN ACT RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE FRANKLIN COUNTY INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Each member of the Industrial Development Commission of Franklin County, created pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 212 of the Session Laws of 1959, shall be paid a per diem of ten dollars ($10.00) per meeting not to exceed twelve meetings in any one fiscal year.
