1965/66/67 session laws – Ch.356 Sec.1

Section 2 of Chapter 129 of the Private Laws of 1860-61, as amended by Chapter 1289 of the Session Laws of 1957 and by Chapter 1025 379 of the Session Laws of 1961, is hereby further amended by inserting at the end thereof the following paragraph: The corporate limits of the Town of Princeton are hereby increased and extended to include the following-described territory: Beginning at a point in the South right of way of N. C. Highway No. 2372, said point being 30 feet from the center line of N. C. Highway No. 23872 and also being the intersection of the South right of way of said highway and the present city limits of the Town of Princeton and the line runs as the line of the present city limits North 38 degrees 20 minutes East 441 feet to a concrete post; thence as the present city limits North 51 degrees 40 minutes West 645 feet to a point in the present city limits where it is intersected by the property line between the lands of Jesse W. Langston and J. L. Bruton; thence as the property line between Jesse W. Langston and J. L. Bruton North 41 degrees 10 minutes East 377 feet to a point in said property line where the East property line of Camellia Drive intersects the said property line; thence as the East property line of Camellia Drive South 2 degrees 40 minutes West 462 feet to the intersection of the East property line of Camellia Drive and the North property line of an unnamed street; thence as the North property line of the unnamed street South 87 degrees 20 minutes East 350 feet to a stake in the East property line of Azalea Drive; thence as the East property line of Azalea Drive South 2 degrees 40 minutes West 560 feet to a point in the South property line of N. C. Highway No. 2372; thence as the South right of way of N. C. Highway No. 2372 North 87 degrees 20 minutes West 328 feet to the beginning.
