CHAPTER 358 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 761 OF THE 1963 SESSION LAWS RELATING TO WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS IN FORSYTH COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That there be added to Chapter 761 of the 1963 Session Laws a new Section to be numbered Section 4% and to read as follows: Whenever the Board of County Commissioners of Forsyth County, as Trustees of the Watershed Improvement District, determines that it is necessary to enter upon the property of any person, firm or corporation in order to make soil tests to determine the feasibility of said soil for watershed improvement purposes, the said Board of County Commissioners 381 is hereby authorized to enter an order authorizing such entry by the representatives of any governmental unit or any person, firm or corporation designated by the Board of County Commissioners authorizing such entry; and in such case such entry may be made with or without the consent of the property owner; provided, however, this authority shall be exercised in a reasonable manner with the entry being made at a reasonable time and in a reasonable way, and every effort must be made not to unduly interfere with the normal operations of the property owner, and every effort must be made to return the area of the property owner to the same condition after said soil tests are made as it was before said soil tests were made.
