CHAPTER 363 AN ACT AMENDING THE TOWN CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF TOP- SAIL BEACH, TO PERMIT THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF AD VALOREM TAXES AT A RATE NOT EXCEEDING ONE DOLLAR AND FIFTY CENTS ($1.50) ON THE ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR ($100.00) VALUATION OF TAXABLE PROPERTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Subsection (a) of Section 1 of Chapter 67 of the Session Laws of 1963 is hereby amended by striking out the words and amount: fifty cents ($.50) in line two of said subsection and by substituting in lieu thereof the words and amount: one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50).
