CHAPTER 363 AN ACT AMENDING THE TOWN CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF TOP- SAIL BEACH, TO PERMIT THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF AD VALOREM TAXES AT A RATE NOT EXCEEDING ONE DOLLAR AND FIFTY CENTS ($1.50) ON THE ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR ($100.00) VALUATION OF TAXABLE PROPERTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification and shall apply to ad valorem taxes due for the year 1968 and thereafter. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 9th day of May, 1967 H. B. 689
