CHAPTER 367 AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE II, CHAPTER 14 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO ABORTION AND KINDRED OFFENSES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That G. S. 14-44 be amended by striking out the words unless the same be performed to preserve the life of the mother appearing in lines 5 and 6
