CHAPTER 370 AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY OF MONROE TO FURNISH AMBULANCE SERVICES. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
The authority granted by this Act shall be in addition to and supplementary to any similar authority granted by general law, and not in substitution therefor, and the City Council may in its discretion elect to proceed under authority of this Act, or under authority of any similar general law powers, or under authority of both.
