CHAPTER 374 AN ACT TO ENABLE THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF HICKORY TO GIVE QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO THE HICKORY CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the provisions of Section 160-59 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, Volume 3 (D), 1964 Replacement, shall not apply to the City of Hickory in the transfer of any real property conveyed to the City of Hickory for school purposes prior to February 26, 1925
