CHAPTER 379 AN ACT TO MAKE CHAPTER 152A OF THE GENERAL STATUTES, PROVIDING FOR COUNTY MEDICAL EXAMINERS, APPLICABLE TO CABARRUS COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. S. 152A-12 is hereby amended by inserting therein the word Cabarrus immediately after the word Alamance and immediately before the word Catawba.
