CHAPTER 382 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 153-246 SO AS TO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT FORSYTH COUNTY AND THE CITY OF WINSTON-SALEM MAY ENTER INTO JOINT PURCHASING AGREEMENTS WITHOUT CONSOLIDATING THEIR PURCHASING DEPARTMENTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 9th day of May, 1967 H. B. 628
