CHAPTER 383 AN ACT RELATING TO THE AIRPORT COMMISSION OF FORSYTH COUNTY AS CREATED BY CHAPTER 610 OF THE 1949 SESSION LAWS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That all properties and assets belonging to the Forsyth County Airport Commission, Inc., at the time of the creation of the Airport Commission of Forsyth County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 610 of the 1949 Session Laws, belong to and are the property of the Airport Commission of Forsyth County, and all actions heretofore taken by the Airport Commission of Forsyth County with respect to any properties and assets which belonged to the Forsyth County Airport Commission, Inc., at the time of the creation of the Airport Commission of Forsyth County are hereby validated and ratified. It is the purpose and intent of this Act to make it clear that all properties that belonged to the Forsyth County Airport Commission, Inc., at the time of the creation of the Airport Commission of Forsyth County became the property of the said Airport Commission of Forsyth County whether formal documents bringing about such transfers were ever prepared and executed or not, and to make it clear that all property now in the name of the Forsyth County 402 Airport Commission, Inc., actually belongs to and is by law vested in the Airport Commission of Forsyth County.
