CHAPTER 384 AN ACT TO EXEMPT GUILFORD COUNTY FROM CHAPTER 85A OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO BAIL BONDSMEN. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 85A-34, as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement to the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out the word Guilford, at the end of the second line thereof.
