CHAPTER 390 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 19 OF THE 1965 SESSION LAWS RELATING TO THE WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IN UNION COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
