CHAPTER 397 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 279 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1947 TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF ELECTIONS OF ORANGE COUNTY TO CONDUCT ELECTIONS OF THE TOWN OF HILLS- BOROUGH. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

This Act shall be effective upon its ratification. In the Genera] Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 11th day of May, 1967 H. B. 191
