CHAPTER 404 AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF HICKORY AS CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 323, SESSION LAWS OF 1961 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Chapter 323, Session Laws of 1961, is hereby amended as follows: Section 2.01 is hereby amended by striking in line four thereof the words by wards, and, except and inserting in lieu thereof the words at large.
