CHAPTER 404 AN ACT TO AMEND CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF HICKORY AS CONTAINED IN CHAPTER 323, SESSION LAWS OF 1961 The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1 of this Act shall be effective January 1, 1970, and all other Sections of this Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 12th day of May, 1967 S. B. 343
