CHAPTER 406 AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TOWN LIQUOR CONTROL STORE IN THE TOWN OF SYLVA, JACKSON COUNTY, UPON A VOTE OF THE PEOPLE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE AL- LOCATION OF NET PROCEEDS FROM THE OPERATION OF SUCH STORE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
