CHAPTER 41 AN ACT TO EXEMPT ADMINISTRATORS APPOINTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF BRINGING AN ACTION FOR WRONGFUL DEATH FROM THE REQUIREMENTS OF FURNISHING A BOND. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed, except that such laws shall continue in force and effect with respect to bonds obtained by administrators prior to the effective date of this Act.
