CHAPTER 410 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 315 OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1911 AS AMENDED RELATING TO THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF CARRBORO, NORTH CAROLINA AND TO REDEFINE THE TOWN LIMITS AND TO PROVIDE FOR CONTINUING ZONING JURISDIC- TION. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Any property as described in Section 1 of this Act and which by this Act was transferred from the Town of Chapel Hill to the Town of Carrboro shall remain subject to the zoning ordinance of the Town of Chapel Hill until the first day of August 1967 unless the Town of Carrboro amends its zoning ordinance to include such area or areas and upon adoption of such amendment, the Carrboro ordinance shall become effective.
