CHAPTER 424 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE FILLING OF VACANCIES ON THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF DARE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

G. S. 158-6, as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement to the 1964 Replacement Volume 3C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by inserting the word Dare immediately after the word Columbus in line 6 thereof:
