CHAPTER 428 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 96, SESSION LAWS OF 1961, RE- LATING TO EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN NASH COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1 of Chapter 96, Session Laws of 1961, is hereby amended by striking the words and figures twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000.00) appearing in the fourth line and inserting in lieu thereof the words and figures thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000.00).
