CHAPTER 428 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 96, SESSION LAWS OF 1961, RE- LATING TO EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS FOR INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN NASH COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Chapter 543, Session Laws of 1965, and all other laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
