CHAPTER 433 AN ACT TO MAKE CHAPTER 85A OF THE GENERAL STATUTES, RELATING TO BAIL BONDSMEN AND RUNNERS, APPLICABLE TO MECKLENBURG COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 85A-34, as the same appears in the 1965 Supplement to Volume 2C of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 3, immediately after the word Madison, the word Mecklenburg.
