CHAPTER 435 AN ACT RELATING TO TEMPORARY COURTHOUSE QUARTERS FOR WATAUGA COUNTY PENDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW COURTHOUSE, AND TO A SITE FOR THE NEW COURT- HOUSE. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Watauga County proposes to construct a new courthouse and jail; and WHEREAS, it will be necessary to demolish the existing courthouse in order to build the new courthouse; and WHEREAS, this will necessitate securing temporary quarters for courthouse purposes: Now, therefore, The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

This Act shall become effective on and after the date of its ratification. In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 12th day of May, 1967 447 H. B. 819
