CHAPTER 436 AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 801 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1961 RELATING TO APPROPRIATIONS TO THE INDUSTRIAL-AGRI- CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF LENOIR COUNTY SO AS TO ELIMINATE RESTRICTIONS AS TO MAXIMUM AP- PROPRIATIONS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 4 of Chapter 801 of the Session Laws of 1961 is hereby amended by striking out the words and figures not to exceed thirty thousand dollars ($30,000.00) in line 4 thereof.
